Job Overview:

EY is hiring for a ServiceNow Business Analyst – Senior role. This position requires excellent understanding of ServiceNow modules, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage stakeholder requirements effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirement-gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
• Document functional requirements and business workflows.
• Coordinate with developers and QA teams during implementation.
• Support UAT and create training materials.

Skills Required:

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules (ITOM, HRSD, GRC, etc.)
• Good understanding of ITSM/ITIL frameworks
• Client interaction and documentation skills
• Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory
